Orders & Contract
- A binding contract forms when we send your order confirmation email
- All orders are subject to availability and acceptance
- Many pieces are produced in limited runs and finished to order — lead times will be communicated
- You must be 18 or over to place an order
- We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud or incorrectly priced
Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in GBP and inclusive of applicable VAT
- Payment is required in full at the time of order
- All transactions are SSL-encrypted and PCI DSS compliant
- We do not store full payment card details
- International currency conversion charges are beyond our control
Delivery
- UK — Complimentary, within 2 weeks
- Europe — £15, times vary
- USA & India — £30, times vary
We cannot deliver to P.O. box addresses. International orders may incur customs duties or import fees, which are the recipient’s responsibility.

Eligibility
Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging including the Araha London linen pouch. Proof of purchase is required.
Not eligible for return:
- Sale items — all sale purchases are final
- Bespoke or personalised items — unless faulty
- Gift cards
- Any item returned after 7 days of delivery
- All international orders
Return Process
- Email contact@arahalondon.com within 7 days with your order number
- We will respond within one working day and issue a prepaid returns label
- Repackage securely in original packaging and drop at your nearest post office
- Retain proof of postage until refund is confirmed
Refunds
Once received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, a credit is applied to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. Change-of-mind returns will not include a refund of original shipping costs.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund, first check your bank account, then contact your card provider, then your bank. If still unresolved, contact us at contact@arahalondon.com.
Exchanges & Gifts
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. Please contact us within 48 hours with photographs. If an item was gifted directly to you and is eligible for return, a gift credit will be issued. If not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Subtle variations in hand block-printed items are a characteristic of the craft — not a defect. Each Araha London piece is unique.
